This medical/catheter hose extrusion lines uses an SJ-45/25 extruder for efficient extrusion line from PP, PE, PU and PVC resins. With this line, a various kinds of tubes can be produced, including the single piece tube with or without colored marks, paired tube of equal or different diameters with or without colored marks, PVC hose, PP hose and PE hose. They are widely used for medical (catheter), industrial (hose) and beverages (straw) applications.
Features:
1、Both the extruder and marking machines adopt the variable frequency drive to ensure stable extrusion speed.
2、The control of water level and water temperature in the water cooling tank is automatic with high precision.
3、Haul off machine adopts flat belts and pressure rollers hauling method, variable frequency adjusting, stable hauling speed.
