PP/PE Strand Granulating Line

The strand pelletizing line is specially designed for processing polylefin plastics with high melt point, high viscosity, like PP,PE, PS, ABS, PET etc. This unit consists of : single screw extruder, hydraulic exchanger, pelletizing die head, water cooling tank, pelletizing machine, forced air blower, storage silo etc.

The screw adopts unique design, which is suitable for kinds of material’s pelletizing, coloring and regenerating etc. This unit has the advantages of uniformed plasticization and mixing, high capacity. Knife-rotating pelletizing machine， rotating stably, uniformly, low energy consumption, safe operation etc.
Unique design of the mould makes the pellets more uniformly. Cutting knives design and hardening treatment make long-using life.
